Background: People with normal functionality have cognitive changes associated the ageing process while many people age without decline. The most exact effects of are impairments in learning, memory, and problem solving. These age-related slightly increase or do not change for years, affect daily life activities person. Methods: To investigate effects, detailed evaluations were compared 20 years intervals 7 (seven) elderly individuals at Haydarpaşa Numune Training Research Hospital 2019. continuing sociocultural relations independently. Mini-mental state examination, verbal memory processes test visual test-Wechsler scale processes, digit span attention function, fluency, similarities, stroop, trail-making evaluation frontal lobe functions, Benton’s line direction determination visuospatial organization been applied to individuals. Results: In comparison results twenty ago; immediate impairment is evident, abstraction function relatively less affected. tests showing fluency which also reflects vocabulary information affected, more consecutive-complex processes. Conclusion: Cognitive functions based on attention, knowledge substantially preserved mild improvement ageing. important executive due decrease motor processing speed cases where complex needs be processed.
